A family can access multiple services including, counselling and support, psychotherapy, whanau support, youth services, youth programmes, parenting programmes and budgeting support. The total care package is offered to families who require multiple services to support their wellbeing and improve outcomes for families.

Kidz for Life safety cards are attached to primary children's school bags and provide quick access for support in an emergency. Youth have tools and strategies to cope and move on to make positive decisions and have chosen to live life. Parents have learned skills and made a difference in their families and are spending quality time with their children.
