Te Tahi Youth is a ‘one-stop shop’ for medical, sexual and mental health services, as well as mentoring and employment support to help you find your way through life. And it’s all free.

Our mission is to help Ōtautahi rangatahi be the best version of themselves. But we can’t do it on our own.

Your support means that when Ōtautahi rangatahi need us, we can be here. Your support means we can continue to offer our comprehensive services to young people – for free.

Te Tahi Youth is a free, one-stop service for rangatahi aged 10–24, providing medical, sexual, and mental health services alongside mentoring, education, and employment support. We help young people navigate life’s challenges, offering care, guidance, and opportunities in a safe and welcoming environment.
