We provide education for and about teens struggling with anxiety and depression.

We develop resources and programmes to be used with and by New Zealand teachers and teenagers in and beyond New Zealand classrooms. Effective prevention starts early. We want to contribute to a more open conversation about mental health and wellbeing in New Zealand.

More about us

Through The Blue is a charitable trust registered in New Zealand. We work with professionals to develop programmes and resources to educate teachers about youth mental health issues. Teachers then use the resources, tools, and strategies we provide with their students in the classroom. We empower teens to face their struggles and feel supported through the challenges of mental illness.
