Fundraising for Tidy Taranaki

Tidy Taranaki is a community-driven charity dedicated to protecting and restoring the natural beauty of Taranaki’s environment. Our core mission is to remove rubbish, debris, and foreign objects from roadsides, waterways, and stormwater systems, with a special focus on legacy dumps and neglected public spaces.

We aim to:

Keep Taranaki’s roadsides clean and safe by regularly collecting litter and preventing blockages in drains and culverts.

Improve environmental outcomes by cleaning up illegal and historical dump sites.

Reduce waste through recycling initiatives, including collecting and scrapping aluminium cans and other metals to help fund our operations.

Educate and engage the public on the importance of environmental stewardship and community action.

As a registered charitable trust, Tidy Taranaki relies on the generosity of local supporters, volunteers, and donors to carry out our mission. Every contribution goes directly into cleaning up our region and preserving it for future generations.
