Valley Community Workspace [VCW] is located at 11 Allen St, Dunedin, New Zealand

We are a co-working space for green, innovative ventures, skill-sharing, creativity and community led development.​

Our Vision: We are promoting and supporting change toward a socially just, sustainable low carbon future in North East Valley, Dunedin and connected communities. We will provide and sustainably manage a community resource in the form of space, tools and equipment and expertise to support our work..

We model caring, collaborative ways of working that demonstrate we value people and the environment. We are a non-profit incorporated society and pecuniary gain does not drive our activity

​Current tenants include the – a bicycle workshop, and electric bicycle workshop, an electric car conversion workshop, and a youth after-school projects workshop.​

​The trading purpose of VCW is to provide a co-working environment for its innovative sub-lessees, who are working on green technology ventures, and training apprentices.

The community purpose of VCW is to support these ventures with community support, marketing assistance, additional volunteer labour, connections, and opportunities
