A Fund using the return on investments made on its behalf by the New Zealand Guardian Trust to provide financial assistance to the children and grandchildren of Vietnam Veterans. Donations will be credited to a Capital Account with the return on investments being used for distribution in the way of grants to the children and grandchildren of Vietnam Veterans.
The Trust was incorporated under the Charitable Trusts Act 1957 on 15 December 1993.The Trustee is the New Zealand Guardian Trust, and there is a Board of Advisory Trustees which includes three Vietnam Veterans, two children of Vietnam Veterans, and one spouse of a Vietnam Veteran.
The Board is presently chaired by a Vietnam Veteran.
The Trust exists to provide a fund to assist the offspring of Vietnam Veterans to realise their full potential.

The funds provided by the return on investments are distributed twice yearly to applicants from the children and grandchildren of Vietnam Veterans who reside in New Zealand and Australia in order to assist them in a wide range of youth endeavours, including education, sports and cultural activities.
