  Waikato Other

A health based, not for profit organisation, helping any family struggling with the crying baby.

Dealing with issues such as; breastfeeding, reflux, settling, slow weight gain in babies, allergies, bottle feeding, sleep concerns, post natal depression.

Post natal depression groups are held weekly.

Teenage Parent Educational Evenings are held every 6-8 weeks.

Total annual running costs for the Centre is $300,000.00

Although we have Waikato District Health Board and Ministry of Social Development contracts/funding in place, this only covers a third of our annual expenses.

80% of the expenses are to cover the wages of seven staff.

We are grateful to our existing funders and supporters.

The Waikato Family Trust aims to always have a buffer in the bank a year in advance, however with expenses always on the rise, the buffer is now substantially lower.
