We empower women and children so they, have a choice, can make the transition to independence and are supported by our communities/hapu.

Most of all we raise awareness of family violence.

Whare Manaaki has operated in the Porirua area for 30 years as a not for profit organization. The demand for our services is on going and each year we support over 500 women and their children. We rely on the help and donations from the public to support our work in the community.
