Mercury Bay Skate Park Trust

A NEW Whitianga skatepark together. With the amazing Whitianga community spirit we can make a quality skatepark designed for the users.

Waikato

The Mercury Bay Skateark trust needs your help to build a new skatepark in Whitianga. The aim is to get a park designed for the users, with more relevant features, better concrete and a nice place to hang out. A skatepark needs to be right in the downtown area to provide a safe space where all ages and abilities can have fun on skateboards, scooters and bikes.

The current skatepark has rough, cracked concrete, and this is dangerous. It needs replacing and redesigning to suit the new users. Modern skateparks are expensive to build and design and require strong community support. Please give what you can today and we can all make this happen before the kids of today need zimmer-frames.
