We are a residential treatment center located in Mt Eden Auckland. We have been providing residential addiction services to locals for nearly 40 years. Wings Trust is a Modified Therapeutic Community. Our counsellors use a variety of evidenced based models including Te Ao Marama, Motivational Enhancement, 12 Step Facilitation and Cognitive Behavioural approaches.
Our Vision: Inspiring our clients to live the life they deserve. Encouraging our people to put their best foot forward and live the life they've always wanted. Empowering self-love, a place to belong while building lasting relationships.
Our Mission: Recovery; living and loving life, free; Learning foundational tools to rediscover a higher self, in order to build the life, they want.
We have on-going projects that funders, sponsors or loved ones can support:
1. Community Hub renovation starting Sept 2023 https://www.maustudio.org/design/manu-wairua-community-centre
2. Mara Whenua, sustainable living, gardens, and education funding
3. Whanau Group, funding to provide staffing, education and group therapy services for family members.
4. Renovation of residential homes, maintenance of our historical homes are always ongoing. You may like to provide equipment, artwork, resources or other items our whaiora would enjoy in their homes, or you may want to financially support a renovation project.
