Z Foundation
Z Retailers care about our people. We’ve set up the Z Foundation to help employees who are in significant and unexpected financial hardship.
Nationwide
Established in 2016, the Foundation was created by Z Retailers, solely for the benefit of our site crews. The Foundation is supported and funded by all 22 Z Retailers, and has also received generous support from Z Energy.
Retailers make personal contributions to the Foundation annually.
Grants are available for site crew facing significant and unexpected financial hardship, up to a maximum of $3,000 per application and are non repayable.
It’s about working together to help employees facing difficult times because of circumstances that are beyond their control.
The Z Foundation is a registered with the Charities Commission, its registration number is CC53609. Donations to the Z Foundation are tax deductible.
