My name is Patricia Deen and I am a keen runner. A few months ago I initiated the idea to get together a team of kiwis in both NZ and Israel to participate in the Jerusalem marathon and to raise funds for Project Rozana. The idea of this project is to bring together people of different faiths and cultures together to raise funds which will make a real difference to hundreds of Palestinian children in the West Bank and Gaza Strip, by providing treatment and doctor-training at Jerusalem’s Hadassah Hospital.
