In September 2013 my wife, Jennifer Lougee Mingramm was admitted to hospital with severe respiratory problems. During this time, she suffered a life threatening stroke, that seen her admitted Intensive Care for 7 days. Jen had bone from her skull removed permanent, to relieve the bleeding. She recieved over 80 screws and a titanium plate to her head in a further follow up surgery.
In a further complication, Jen has now been diagnosed with a rare lung disease and she now needs a Full Lung Transplant, to be performed in USA. The doctors have today advised us this is the best option for Jen at this time, to improve her lifestyle and also extend her life.
