To Design New Zealand's First 3D Printed Home Extruder Using Tried and Tested Cement Blends a Breakthrough in Other Developed Countries.
Bay of Plenty
We are a Group of Generation Y'ers who need to give back, and yes we have put down our Iphones permanently to help the 40,000 New Zealander's who are currently Cold and Homeless and we recognise that the $65,000 spent on their Temporary Housing on a per case basis would be better Spent on this 3D Printed Housing Innovation. Our Funding Goal of only $100,000 will be Sufficient for the Materials, Welding and Basic Arduino Control to Precisely Layer a Castle at an Estimate of only $5000 Per Castle.
You maybe Skeptical to Council Requirements and that is Appreciated there are Safety Considerations and Loopholes to this Style of Housing and we would really appreciate some Donations to Build a Prototype that would be Earthquake Simulated to Prove it's Structural Soundness and Perhaps we could Include some Dummies in Various Positions within the Home to Measure the Safety of our Design.
We work on a Non Profit and Wage Basis with All Future Profits going back to the Community as we are a Synergistic Team based in Rotorua and have a Fund to Provide for our Personal Needs. I hope you see the Potential in 3D Printed Homes and though Simple in it's Fluidity Projected Completion Time will be Under 6 Months. Thank You for your Support and Your Time in Reading Our Campaign
Attachment Considerations
- Gas Flame to Expedite Drying Times
- Pneumatic Rebar Rod Insertion at Varying Levels
- Spray Painting Nozzle
- Leveller to Smooth off Ridges
- 3D Scanner to Detect Imperfections
