ABOUT ME
I have just completed my first season racing in the NZ Formula First Championship series. I am the only female and youngest competitor in a field of drivers with up to 25 years racing experience. I'm proud to say I finished every race and some of my lap times improved to being within ½ to 2 seconds of the fastest drivers in the field. I finished 13th in the championship from a field of 24 entries.
I have absolutely loved my first season. My passion for racing is strong and I believe I can keep improving to help reach my goal of becoming a proffessional racing driver. My love for racing began at the age of 6 with my first kart and has never stopped. I competed in over 1000 races and achieved well, racing nationally with the best and fastest kids in the country.
This has given me the skills and confidence to compete at the highest level. My experience has proved I can race wheel to wheel at very fast speeds. The move to cars has been a dream come true for me. Its fast (up to almost 200kph) and really exciting...and I cant wait for next season!
MY GOAL
My current goal is to continue improving as much as I can, so I can achieve the best possible result in next years championship.
To do this, we need to make some additions/improvements to the car and also get to the track as much as possible for additional practice. Most important is attending every race meeting in the series, which we struggled to do last season due to the costs. This is where you could help!
If you can help me reach the target of $10000, that will cover the series budget. This will allow Mum & Dad to concentrate on the improvements, upgrades and get me to the tracks for extra practice and car tuning. It would be awesome to know that I can go into the championship with the best chance possible.

PROGRESS SO FAR / CURRENT PREPARATIONS 2 June 2015
Its great to have reached near 20% of the target. The support so far means a lot and is really appreciated! Spark will be matching soon, which is really exciting, lets hope the pledges keep coming!
With the CRC Speedshow coming up next month, we have been filling in information sheets, submitting photos and starting to get the car ready for display. It will be very exciting! It would be great to see you there!
Next seasons championship is a few months away, so I have also been looking at things that can improve my lap times by finding information and noting tips that will help me move forward. Dad will also be giving the engine a freshen up just to
keep it at its best. I cant wait to get back in the seat!
