Help give Blair some Control in his life

Our friend Blair McPhee is a pretty cool guy, but he has a problem. See, Blair loves video games, but he just can't bring himself to pay full price for them. An excellent new game called Control came out last month, but like a lot of new video games it costs $110. Every day I (Ashley) send him multiple texts telling him how great this game is, and Blair just has to eat it.

It could be months before this game sees any discount in its price. It might NEVER get to a price that Blair considers reasonable to pay.

But we can help.

I've set up this campaign so that Blair's friends, family, and if that fails just complete strangers, can buy him a copy of Control so that he can be part of what's happening NOW. Stop Blair from having to live in the past and give him Control of his life.

Blair's friends and family have always helped him out with games and game consoles. I kindly sold him (technically I sold it to his parents) a PS2 back in the day for half the retail price. I used to let Blair come over to my flat an watch me play games when he was living in Auckland. A couple of years ago I just up and gave him a PlayStation 4.

But see it's like the world got him hooked and then jacked up the price. How is Blair supposed to face the full retail cost of video games when the console came for free (I did give Blair a hand-picked selection of games along with the console. He commented, "I take it you got these for free with the PS4").
