Caring for over 150 Kiwi children who have been rescued from abuse & neglect - giving their home a loving makeover!
Bay of Plenty
This home protects Kiwi children who have been rescued from horrendous abuse and neglect - right here on our doorstep! While we send the kiddies and our amazing House Mum away for a wee holiday, we're busy doing up their home! New ceiling, painting, flooring - and we'd love to do up the garden as well. Your help will make the difference!
We're committed to helping children in NZ who have experienced the horrors of significant abuse and neglect and believe that they deserve protection, and the very best support! This starts with their environment! So here's your chance to become part of something VERY SPECIAL!! Please help us create a beautiful home ready for their return after the holidays. We'd love you to join us! and we'll be sure to keep you posted! Arohanui xo
Too many NZ children are being abused and are hurting. They don’t live in safe places. Without help and intervention they will become hurting adults, and hurting adults create more hurting children.
So these children have to be moved to safe homes. Homes of Hope provide these safe homes for as long as the children need them. NO moving about.
Importantly, in these traumatic times we keep brothers and sisters together. And in our unique therapeutic loving homes there is time for children to heal, to grow and to thrive and become great New Zealanders. We provide child-centred play therapy for each child; we create a loving community of safety around each child; we believe in each child's right to the best future and to achieving all they were created to. Two things happen here. Lives are changed and our country becomes a better place.
Join us, and together we will continue to make this happen.
Thank you! It sure is taking shape and we are very happy! Thanks so much for your support!
