Participating in Craigs company-wide 50km per day challenge. For the month of March, the Whangarei Branch aim to complete a total of at least 50kms a day via running, walking, cycling, gym activities etc to raise awareness about the invaluable work that the Northland Rescue Helicopters do.

WE DID IT!!! 12 April 2023
What started as a challenge to encourage exercise and fundraising for New Zealand's Regional Rescue Helicopters has resulted in a fantastic result with $68,000.00 being raised!
With YOUR support, not only did we as a Team at Craigs Whangarei complete over 5,100km in the month of March, but we also raised $1,605 for the local Rescue Helicopter!! And thanks to Craigs' generosity in doubling all donations received, the Northland Emergency Services Trust will receive $3,210.00 from us to put toward their day to day operating costs.
We want to express again our gratitude to you for supporting our Challenge AND the vital services of the Northland Rescue Helicopter. We couldn't have done it without you, and we are so grateful to know that the helicopter service is there when needed in our region.
We'll be back next year, for a bigger and better 2024, so until then, stay safe!
