We are a boxing inspired fitness gym with a focus on giving everyone the opportunity to receive all the benefits boxing training has to offer. We’re not here to make the next world champion just here to help our everyday champions reach their fitness goals through boxing! We’re are family owned with one trainer and one administrator.

We love what we do, and love being in and amongst our community here in Whangarei.
