Eden Community Church Participates in Sustain 2000 Otara Kai Village November Challenge

We are doing a walkathon to raise funds for Otara Kai Village!

Eden Community Church has supported the Otara Kai Village work in the Otara Community for a few years now, so we would love to help them reach their latest fundraising vision, OKV Sustain 2000.

The OKV team work amongst the community in Otara, Auckland; shining the light of Christ as they love their community in practical ways and share hope for the future. For the month of November, OKV are fundraising to sustain all their Ōtara community projects to remain in place for another two years. This will enable OKV to continue to support communities through what will be a long Covid-19 recovery period.

The OKV Projects include:

- The Otara Kai Village

- The Otara Bike Burb

- The Otara Youth Hub

- Community Mara Kai (Garden)

- Pataka Kai

- My Street Movement

- Southside Woke and so much more...

As part of that month long fundraiser, we commit to walking a collective 100+km and fundraising at least $5000.
