We are Manurewa Baptist Youth Group - A group of highschoolers aged Y9-13.
We are super stoked to be able to help World Vision to help the people of Ukraine! Some of us are doing 42km, some 22km and some are doing 10 or 5km. We are pretty excited to know if we make a difference it will matter a lot to whoever we help!
$13 – Can provide hygiene items to a refugee
$63 – Can provide a hygiene kit for a refugee family
$190 – Can provide hygiene kits for three refugee families
$13 – Can provide essential infant care items to a refugee family
$63 – Can provide an educational activity pack to five displaced children
$253 – can provide educational activity packs to 20 displaced children

They did it! 24 April 2022
The walk was amazing yesterday, all the participants were such troopers. In the end, the trail markers were a bit wrong so our 42km peeps ended up walking 48.3! The 22km walk was 25.6 km and the 10km walk was 10.8 km. Thank you so so much for your support we are so so grateful and know that World Vision will make the most of every dollar we raised to help the people of Ukraine.
