Pop Gun and Grey Goose

Peter Elliott (Grey Goose) and Lance Roskilly (Pop Gun) have known each other for many years, and in recent years have ridden many motorcycle miles together with the Distinguished Gentleman's Ride, a global fundraiser for men's mental health and prostate cancer, and with Every Sunday, a rider's group with the wellbeing of members in mind. Lance is one of the finest engineer/mechanics in the country, and Peter is an actor of many years standing, currently back on Shortland Street after an absence of 25 years. We aim to raise funds for helping the folk of the wider area who've been through very tough times and all funds raised will be used to support the folks of HB region with cyclone-and-beyond problems. Peter was to be riding a 1975 Honda 50 that was rescued for the challenge but she has decided that granny is too old for a last fling in the hills. Lance has 'got it going' and we had fingers crossed that she might the distance. But we'll keep you posted as to developments there.Lance is riding a rebuilt, repainted and Top Gun decaled Suzuki scoot that he put together as a 'Maverick' idea to enter.
