This Mental Health Month, Snap Fitness is empowering New Zealanders to take small steps in supporting their mental health. Exercise is not always about the destination – it’s all about breaking your journey down into small steps!
At Snap Fitness, we are with you every step. We want you to recognise the link between your mental health and your physical health, harnessing the impact exercise can have on your mood.
Join us for our Community Open Week and train for free from the 10th – 15th October. Members can also join our Move your mood for good Snap App journey to create positive lifestyle habits to help you feel fantastic.
Help us raise much needed awareness and funds for our charity partner I AM HOPE and all funds raised go directly to I AM HOPE.
