Participating in Roll to the World Cup with Team New Zealand Roller Derby

Sulphur City Steam Rollers (SCSR) is Rotorua’s not-for-profit, skater-owned and operated flat track roller derby league. Founded in 2011, this year we have several talented skaters selected to represent New Zealand in the Roller Derby World Cup in Innsbruck, Austria in July 2025.
Roller Derby doesn't receive any support or funding, so in order to help alleviate some of the financial pressure on our skaters, SCSR members are helping our Team New Zealand athletes to “Roll to the World Cup” by logging time on skates (or other forms of mobility wheels) to help fundraise for travel costs for this exceptional opportunity. So please, if you can “Give a Little” to help our team members represent our little area of New Zealand, we would be very grateful.
