Dan does not swim 1500m. Dan runs a discovery workshop that happens to be on the water.

Vlad trains exclusively by receiving P1 escalations at 4:57pm on a Friday. On the Garmin Road climb he diagnosed the hill as a configuration issue, not a product defect, and applied a hotfix. Gravity was briefly out of scope. He descended at 84km/h, apologised to the peloton for any inconvenience, and asked if there was anything else he could help with today. Known issue. Workaround available.

Lachlan did not run the 10km. Lachlan closed it. There is no record of him registering, but there is a signed three-year agreement with a very favourable renewal clause and a volume discount on kilometres. At the 8km mark he negotiated the finish line two kilometres closer. The organisers remain delighted. They cannot explain why. He was carried the last stretch by four rival competitors who don't recall agreeing to it but described it as "genuinely a pleasure." One is now a customer.
