Angel needs surgery

Angel was rescued from a back yard breeder several weeks after a dog had attacked her and damaged her eye.

Sadly, we couldn't save Angel's eye but she doesn't seem to mind. She is a delightful little girl.

She does however have a grade 3/4 luxating patella in her left leg which needs attention.

Assuming it is just medial damage the vet has quoted $750 for surgery.

Most cases of patellar luxation are medial and this is frequently a congenital problem in toy and miniature breed dogs.
