Bayswater Marina needs to remain a Marine Precinct and NOT a Residential Estate
AYBA intends taking legal action to stop the Bayswater Marine Precinct becoming a residential estate

AYBA intends going to the Environment Court to stop the Bayswater Marina Precinct (haul-out, hardstand, trailer boat storage and all weather launching and parking facilities for boats up to 8m) becoming a residential development.

Use of funds
AYBA will use funds raised to mount legal action to stop the Bayswater Marine Precinct becoming a residential estate. Funds raised will be used to fight for all marinas, ramps and haul-outs within the Auckland region to be improved not removed

Mediation was held but access to the ramp would be restricted and no opportunities for marina development. Our preparations for the full hearing continue.
