Help us save Kiaori

Auckland

Just as we were due to gain relinquishment of Kiaori, and release her from her life on a chain, Animal Control sized her for non registration.

This cost us in excess of $300 to have her relinquished into our care, and her costs have only begun. We will now be getting her vet checked, desexed and make sure she is happy and healthy ready to find her new forever home.

Please help us out, every cent helps.

About us

The Chained Dog Awareness NZ Trust was created in 2001 to inform people of the increasing number of dogs that are permanently chained or locked away and for whom existence is a living hell.

We ensure that someone speaks up for them and we attempt to alleviate their suffering. We ultimately wish to see a total ban on life-chaining in New Zealand.
