5+ Years Fighting Cancer HASN'T paid off this time - Please help with Family Finances

I cut and paste this post of Andrew James Whitfield facebook posting about his sister Sally...

The reason we as a family are in New Zealand and the best birthday present ever, is to see my sister Sally Starling. Sally is nearing the end of her fight with cancer, so being able to spend time with her this past couple of weeks has been amazing.

Sadly, today I fly home and have to say goodbye. But, this morning I awoke to this face, Sally back to being her usual stoic, strong and humourful self, so had to take this picture. Check out that smile! x
