Let's take some good, small New Zealand businesses and make them great!

Sometimes, finding funding for a small business can seem like a catch-22. If nobody has invested yet, trying to justify a first funding round can be hard. Often, the business isn't ready to qualify for a bank loan, or ready to issue shares to the public.
What I'm looking to do is to provide microcapital to small businesses. At a minimum, they would need a proof of concept product or service (ideally innovative), or preferably have already started trading and need a boost for marketing or growth.
