To contribute to Zoe's fundraiser for Surf Lifesaving U19 World Champs & Junior Pan Pacific Champs
Auckland
Zoe has been selected for the NZ Youth Team to compete at World Surf Lifesaving Champs in Italy, September 2022 & has qualified for the NZ Swimming Pan Pacific Team in Hawaii, August 2022.
Zoe has been extremely successful in Surf Lifesaving both in the Ocean & Pool Rescue including being Northern Region Sportswoman of the Year for her age group for the last 4 years.
Zoe has been training hard for the past few years not letting Covid Lockdowns stop her. Cold ocean swims & a freezing 15m backyard pool became the new norm. Practiced manikin clips ups, tows and carries when & wherever she could.
At her last Surf Lifesaving Pool Rescue Nationals, Zoe achieved 5 x U17 Individual National Titles.
Zoe’s current times for 100m Manikin Carry & 100m Manikin Tow leave her in great spirits to know she is on her way to making A finals & racing with the top athletes from around the World.
Total costs in making this dream come true are a substantial $15,200 & even with Surf's contribution & sponsorship support we are still short to cover expenses for both World Champs & Pan PACS.
Zoe is one extremely self-motivated, dedicated & highly driven teenager that has kept her focus regardless of any obstacles put in her way. She is SO excited for these remarkable opportunities and will be working hard to represent her Country and make everyone proud.
Any contribution would be hugely appreciated & any extra funds raised will be used towards other expenses ie.Racing Togs & Australia Pool Rescue Nationals.

Money will cover all the costs - flights, accomodation, uniform and any gear needed, ie. Racing Togs. If the full amount isn't raised we will still put these funds towards Zoe's trip and we have to find ways to pay the rest off.
A Long Overdue Update on Zoe’s Lifesaving Journey 16 May 2025
Hi friends and supporters! We wanted to share a quick update on Zoe’s amazing lifesaving journey and thank you for being part of it.
Back in 2022, you kindly supported Zoe as she set off to the World Junior Lifesaving Champs in Italy. Since then, she’s worked hard and earned her spot on the Open NZ Black Fins team, making waves internationally.
2024 was incredible - Zoe dominated the Australian Pool Rescue Champs with 8 golds and multiple new records.
Next was 2024 World Lifesaving Champs on the Gold Coast, NZ placed 2nd overall! Zoe brought home:
🏅 4x Gold – World Champion
• 100m Manikin Tow
• Rescue Tube Rescue
• 4x50m Obstacle Relay
• Oceanwoman Relay
🥈 Silver – 100m Manikin Carry
🥉 2x Bronze – Medley Relay, Line Throw
Early 2025, Zoe was one of four NZ athletes invited to the World Games Series Invitational in China, winning two golds and one bronze.
🥇 Gold – 100m Manikin Tow (Video Above)
🥇 Gold – 200m Super Lifesaver
🥉 Bronze – 100m Manikin Carry
She then flew straight to Aussie Nationals where her team won gold in Rescue Tube Rescue.
Off the beach and out of the pool, Zoe is studying Sport & Rec at AUT and doing placement hours with the Tania Dalton Foundation - a cause close to her heart.
Up next: World Games in China, August 2025 - where only the world’s top 8 qualify. Zoe’s earned her spot in two events!
Zoe's journey is only just beginning , and we're so grateful to have you along for the ride. We’ll keep you posted on what’s next!
