JAKES STORY

Jake is my 18 year old nephew Jake was diagnosed with Peripheral T-cell Lymphoma at 14 years old Jake has over the past 4 years spent his days in and out of starship and Palmerston hospital having a multitude of chemo cocktails and a bone marrow transplant which did for a small amount of time put him into remission untill earlier this year where they found he had developed Hodgins Lymphoma ,normally this is quite treatable but unfortunately due to the chemo ravaging his vital organs he now battles for his life once again .

Jake has Aspergers Syndrome and this makes him even more incredible his outlook towards life is one I wish everyone in the world would share .

His passion his family and dogs we ADORE him and just want to give him smiles wherever possibly

Jake doesn’t ask for anything for himself ever he only wants his family to be happy and to kick the hell out of Cancer
