On the 15th of June 2019 I was served an interim parenting order from the Family Court. I have postnatal depression - Also I have been deemed an "unsafe mother" and currently do not have custody of my child. I have not seen my daughter in almost two weeks and have now sought legal representation to overturn this order, and have my 15 month old daughter returned to my care as soon as possible. I am a single mother , working part-time and need assistance in order to cover legal costs.

This has been a most distressing time. I am still partially breastfeeding my daughter who has rarely been away from me. I believe I have been persecuted for having postpartum depression, for which I am receiving professional help and believe I am making considerable headway. I ask that you please contribute in anyway you can to help me pay for my legal costs so my fantastic lawyer can continue her fight on my behalf to have my baby returned. #Day14withoutmybaby

Hi everyone,

Once again thank you for your support; I'm forever grateful!! Just to let you know we have received finally after waiting for a month the date of the court case. It will be on Friday 11th of October-which feels like as lifetime away but at least we know.
