Help send 40 kids, all 10-14 years old, to Summer Camp Russian Style in the forest! They'll learn life skills, have one-on-one with big bud

The children attending are all from Russia. Orphans, street kids and children whose parents are in jail. For these kids, this is the one time of the year they can get out of the institutions (and for some get out of street life), and spend time in the great outdoors.

Camp starts TODAY! 4 July 2014
TODAY! Camp Orphans Aid kicks off in Russia! The children we are helping at out centre here, and those who attend our camp come from such extremes. Take Daniil for example. He and his brother were abandoned and found at a shopping centre. As you can imagine, this has left Daniil scared and he really struggles. The activities we provide for him give him hope and laughter. He loves to draw, create and play dress ups. This gives Daniil a way to express himself. We are wishing each of our kids a great Camp Orphans Aid experience, with new memories, friends and confidence. Thanks also to all those who raised funds for the camp! We raised enough to send 40 kids along! We didn't quite raise enough for the tent we have been fundraising for - but we will continue to till we get there!
