Commissioning the International Space Recycling Station.

Otago

I am Mirren MacLeod. I am here to commission the International Recycling Space Station.

An in orbit station to reuse, repair, refurbish and recycle spacecraft and for productivity, accessibility and as a space resource for the Moon and Mars.

The first reconciliation will be the ISS, scheduled to be decommissioned in 2030. My goal is to take over operation of the ISS, saving one of Humanity's greatest engineering and international cooperation accomplishments and refit it to receive and recycle collections of space debris, and repair and upgrade in service spacecraft.

The initial funding will be used for research and development, discovering products and services. Founding the organisation, convening and collaborating with space agencies and organisations.

My intention for this station is that it enables and makes space and deep space available to the next 1000 generations, so we may continue to discover deeper and further, emboldening the life on Earth and all the science and discovery our world is based on today.

I am in the research phase of this commission and I will be working towards concept of operations for Preliminary Debris Collections, policy revision, a plan of action and attainment of the ISS, and finding support and collaboration with the international space industry

I am proud that the commission will be held by all who decide to help. We are so very grateful.

I have been inspired to be a tidy Kiwi"

Best wishes to the furthest star and back.

2% Effective Fee
On average, fundraisers pay just 2% to use Givealittle. This is one of the lowest effective fees in New Zealand fundraising. We charge a 5% platform fee to cover the cost of running the platform. Because most donors choose to top up their donation to cover this fee, the effective cost paid by fundraisers is about 2%. That means around 98 cents of every dollar raised goes to the cause.
