Conor wants to raise money to give back to two NGOs who supported Fynn and his family.
Waikato
Hi my name is Conor Purcell-Hewitt. I’m a Year 6 student at Redwood School, Tawa. I want to raise as much money as I can in honour of my friend, Fynn Abbott. That’s Fynn on the right with me above.
Fynn died last year, aged 12, because of a brain tumour. He had amazing support from friends and family, but also from two community organisations, Rainbow Place (children’s hospice service) and True Colours (support for children with serious illness and their families). I’d like to be able to give back to these organisations because of the support they provided to Fynn and his family. I have decided I will shave my head on Tuesday, 28 May 2019. Please support me by donating. Thank you.
Last year our friend Fynn died from a brain tumour. My son Conor wants to give back to two NGOs who supported Fynn and his family by doing a head shave.
All money will go to help support the two community based organisations.
Conor’s head shave 5 June 2019
Hi there
I just wanted to put a couple of pics up from Conor’s head shave last week and thank everyone for their incredibly support. Today the Givealittle page closes.
Apart from the $2,040 raised on this page, we raised:
$156.00 cupcakes
$230.00 from Sandra’s work raffle.
A grand total of $2426 or $1,213 for each of the organisations. Yay!
Thank you all so very much!
