Hello, my name is Chris, and I'm 52 years old. My entire life has been significantly impacted by my health condition. For years, I have battled kidney issues, and recently, my kidneys have stopped functioning completely. I’ve been spending up to 15 hours a week undergoing dialysis, which has been physically and emotionally exhausting.
I am currently being taken off thewaiting list because of leaky heart valve unfortunately, my health is declining rapidly, and I need urgent assistance. My heart requires surgery to operate on a leaky valve, which makes my situation even more critical as I await the transplant procedure.
I am reaching out to you for support in covering living expenses associated with my condition, including the upcoming ills a d expenses with limited work opportunities no matter how small, will bring me closer to receiving the life-saving treatment I urgently need.
