Downlights Project Wax Melter Fundraiser

Downlights is a NZ owned, certified social enterprise that manufactures luxury candles, diffusers and other fragranced products. Downlights employs young adults with Downs syndrome and intellectual or learning disabilities and supports their learning and development with a variety of workplace skills.

We are raising funds toward a NEW wax melter which will allow ALL of our crew members to pour candles. Our candles are poured by hand using heavy jugs and it is really difficult work to repeat over and over. The new melter will be safe, and have a light weight attachment to dispense the wax so that even our tiniest Crew members can be a part of all aspects of work at Downlights.
