Elias’ fight for a kidney transplant.

Elias has been battling stage 5 kidney failure since birth, and is now starting his second half of his journey for a transplant.
We have been waiting for Elias to be ready for a new kidney for what feels like forever.
A transplant for Eli will mean a whole new little person and life for the Fabian family.
A chance to thrive and have the energy to keep up with his siblings.
To reach new milestones and tolerate basic needs such as eating and drinking.
Elias has fought hard for the last 14 months and is so deserving of this, he is the most incredible little boy who shows us just how strong and resilient he is despite how he must feel every day.
The funds from our last givealittle were a huge help for their family of 8 and we continue to appreciate the help on the second part of our fight for Elias.

Another infection for Elias. 13 December 2025
Elias was admitted for an infection in his peritoneal drain and severe respiratory distress.
We have a new antibiotic to give via his port until an unknown date and then a prophylactic from there to hopefully manage further infections.
Due to this infection Elias became too unwell for his CT & MRI, the dye would have been too much for his kidney and we can’t run the risk of any more damage.
All future plans are on hold until after Christmas. We are aiming to avoid any admissions or treatments until the new year.
In the meantime, Brandon (Eli’s dad) is going through the transplant process.
We’ve since learnt this is a one person process and ask anyone that was willing or interested to help, please wait until we know where we’re at(:
