Ethan Rangi competes in the Paralympic athletics competitions in category T20/F20 in both Track and Field, Ethan is an accomplished all round athlete who will also be representing his country in Basketball at the Special Olympics World Summer Games in Las Angeles in July 2015.

Ethan has the opportunity to compete in the Paralympic Games in Cairns in May which could also see him selected for Rio in 2016. He needs a little help in getting there, Can you help?

The costs for this trip are:

International flights - $1,192

Travel Insurance - $45.60

Accommodation/Meals/Transport - $625

Uniforms - $140

Team Management fees - $350

Total Costs - $2,352.60

About us

Special Olympics North Harbour offers a sports programme for Fun & Fitness for people with intellectual disabilities. Every four years there is a Nationals Games, this year it will be in Hamilton and we are fundraising to cover the $885.50 registration fee per person so that our athletes can attend and participate in the fun event.
