Felix the Kitten needs your Help

$560 of $2,000 goal
Given by 18 generous donors in one year

We are asking for donations towards the medical expenses of our rescue kitten Felix, who has a lung infection.

Auckland

Felix is a young kitten rescued from living under a container in West Auckland. He is a very handsome and sweet natured fellow and he will make a wonderful companion.

At present he has lung condition which needs further medical care. The vet thought this may be due to lung worm, followed by an infection.

An initial x-ray and treatment has helped, though he needs further diagnosis, x-rays and treatment to improve his chances of a good recovery.

We are a small group with no outside funding. Felix needs your help to have a chance.

Use of funds

Medical expenses for Felix with any extra being used for ongoing medical expenses for our other kittens.

Felix's progress  25 September 2021

Felix has been eating well and seems to be slowly having more energy every day. He is going back to the vet for some more x-rays to see if his lungs have improved with all the medication he is having, so a plan can be made from there.

A few new toys have helped get him excited about playing.

The new tunnel toy has been a big hit with him and his sister (see video).

He is such a special little kitten and it is very heart warning to have the donations and support, so thank you all.
