From Blenheim, NZ 🇳🇿 to Barcelona 🇪🇸 – Support Tiago to make his dreams possible 🇦🇷

Our 11-year-old son, Tiago, has been officially invited by the Barça Academy to travel to Spain in December 2026 for a training clinic at their facilities.

During the official camp in Christchurch, Tiago was awarded the MVP (Most Valuable Player) for his team. He was selected not only for his football skills but also for his attitude and values on and off the field—something that makes us incredibly proud as parents.

Football for Tiago is passion and discipline. Throughout his summer holidays, he trained on his own almost every day. If you’ve been to Oliver Park in the afternoons, you might have seen him practicing drills or shooting at goals—that’s him, chasing his dream.

The Goal:

The total cost for the clinic package (training at La Masía, accommodation, and meals) plus international flights is approximately NZD $20,000.

As a family, we are doing everything possible to get him there. We are organising local fundraisers, sausage sizzles, and dedicated events to raise the funds. However, the target is high, and we cannot reach it alone. Every donation—big or small—goes directly into Tiago’s dedicated sports account and brings him one step closer to this incredible opportunity he has earned.
