We are fundraising for the purchase of 4 hay feeders which will be used in our paddocks.

We are fundraising for the purchase of 4 hay feeders which will be used in our paddocks.
Hay feeders minimise hay wastage by protecting the hay from getting wet and capturing any left over hay at the bottom of the hay feeder for the horses to then eat later. Horses tend to leave wasted hay behind when it's been on the ground either; getting wet, trampled, soiled on or blown away.
Hay feeders also keep the hay clean which is important for the health of the horses, especially those with respiratory issues as it keeps the hay from gathering dust/debris on the floor.
They also slow the rate at which the horses go through the bale which encourages/mimics natural grazing behaviours.
Any contribution towards these feeders are very much welcomed and appreciated 🐴

Use of funds
All funds will go towards the purchase of new horse feeders.
