Community Lead Greenhouses to create project.

Kiaora, I`m fundraising to Build raised bed gardens with Lift them up foundation.

This will support other projects which have all-ready started. And enjoying the rewards to their community. Lift them up foundation has all-ready started growing to support their school and the families around. The addition of raised beds will assist in more learning for the children who attend this school. They are very keen to grow seasonal vegetables and encourage their community to creat healthy eating options. In this area water is readily available and the school would benefit from this garden system.

Lift Them Up Foundation is NGO (Non-government organization) Which has dreams of creating a organic gardening system within their school community. progress has been made in the procurement of a small amount of land. Already a water source has been secured. The funds raised here will help in the advancement of education and community engagement.

I will travel to this area in early May to assist in the production of the raised bed system and adding to the required water security.

The team will also start to build seed sovereignty and self-determination of their local environment.

This intern will assist the community to engage in creating long term outcomes for the families.
