Raising $27,000 to help make my trip to Sweden a reality—every donation counts!

I'm raising $27,000 to make my dream of traveling to Sweden a reality! This trip is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for me, and I need your help to make it happen. I will be hopefully staying in Sweden for half a year to a year, depending on how much money I raise, doing a high school exchange through the Your Education program.

If I raise enough money, I will leave New Zealand to go overseas for the first time in my life, and will live with a host family by myself for the period of time I will be in Sweden, attending a high school in Sweden and learning about Swedish culture.

This trip will be the first time I go to a different country, So it is very exiting for me and means a lot if you donate.

Every donation, big or small, brings me one step closer to reaching my goal. The funds will go toward flights, accommodation, and other necessary expenses such as insurance. My mother is handling the financial side to ensure everything is managed properly.

Use of funds

Funds will cover program fees, flights, insurance, school costs, visas, and expenses in Sweden. If the full amount isn’t raised to go for a year, funds will be used for a shorter exchange option instead of the year long one.
