Help Chilli fight for his Life!

Sunday evening Chilli was rushed to Emergency hospital after noticing he was unable to stand up on his own and had no mobility. Upon multiple tests they found 2 very serious injuries. One being a kebab stick piercing into his two main blood arteries, the other were pockets of toxic fluids running throughout his stomach. Chilli had 0% chance of surviving on the 14th hour in hospital so they decided he needed to be rushed into surgery. This is when his mum was told it was time to say goodbye and that there was only a 50% chance of survival. But Chilli is a pure fighter and knew he needed to get better to enjoy endless cuddles and all his favourite treats — so he made it through surgery.
However, he’s still hospitalised and will be for at least a week with tubes and IV’s to fight the toxins and post surgery infections. He has a long way to go, and we pray he will keep fighting to stay alive and get home to his family.
It’s never a dull day with Chilli. He is the most adored pup on the entire planet who makes friends on every adventurous walk, is loved by all his work buddies and friends at home. Sadly, his insurance has expired and his family are struggling to cover the vet and surgery costs. So, we need all the help we can get to get this good boy back to his happy, loveable, zoom state. Chilli's Recovery & A HUGE Thank you! 5 August 2024
Hello !!
A little progress update for all those wondering. It's officially been 23 weeks and 5 days since Chilli was on deaths door. Today, he is fully recovered and back to his usual handsome, healthy self! Chilli still enjoys long walks on the beach, playing with his pawfriends and sticking his nose in rubbish bins! Luckily for Chilli, he's stepped right back into the modelling business. Talk about a Paw-motion! There is word on the street that he may be getting casted for another upcoming commercial. So if you see him on the big screen, remember that he wouldn't be here if it wasn't for you!!
