Great News Alectinib will be subsidise now for all New Zealanders officially by 1st December

Although the drug will be subsidised by the NZ Govt Karl still gets the IVC treatment once a week with Health Space 06 757 4077 and would love to boost this to twice a week and go up to 75 grams of vitamin C which costs up to $600 per week instead of the smaller dose of 50 grams this is not covered by the NZ Government. Donations for this are equally appreciated.

My Dads story starts here....

Not long before Christmas of 2018 our Father got diagnosed with stage 4 Lung cancer. One week later we were all told by the Doctors he only has few months left, We are all so heartbroken with the time frame its hard to get our heads around.

My siblings and myself came up with the idea to make this page to help dad raise money to help with the expensive medical costs and take the financial stress off Dad, its heart breaking for us to hear and the last thing he should be worrying about is money as he has been through hell being a chronic pain sufferer for years struggling.

Time is precious for the 3 younger kids the rest of us are adults with family's with kids, we just want dad to focus on spending his time with the younger kids with what time he has left.

Any help is much appreciated xxx

31st March 2019 - The donations will give dad a few months head start, however the oncologist said he may need to be on the the drugs 2-3 years which would cost him hundreds of thousands at $6497.50 per month. How ridiculous is this does the NZ Government really expect low to medium income earners to afford this?

Thank all you great people for your kind donations for my dad. God bless you all.

15th March 2019 - My Dad is selling everything he owns to pay for the second month of this drug Alectinib he has managed to raise $6000 from generous donations and some stuff he has sold on online. A huge thank you to those who have donated.

5th March 2019 - Dads oncologist phoned him today and the drug Alectinib can give dad 3 years or over and even totally cure him with ongoing IVC Vitamin C treatment. Only small percentage of people will get this rare type of cancer.
