Meet Gucci, the 6-year-old Sphynx queen who fills every room with her chatter and cuddles. This little diva loves people, sunshine, and being the center of attention—but right now, she needs our help.
Gucci has gingivostomatitis, a painful inflammatory condition caused by years of neglected dental care before she came into my life. While medication helps, long-term use of NSAIDs isn’t a safe option—it could damage her kidneys and lead to renal failure. I want to give her a future free from pain without relying on medication, and that’s where you come in.
💡 The solution? Full dental extractions.
Removing her remaining teeth will hopefully eliminate the inflammation and allow her to live comfortably. She’s already had some teeth removed and enjoys her wet food—my vet and I believe she’ll thrive without teeth!
But this life-changing procedure comes at a cost. I’ve been quoted $4,000, and I’m doing everything I can to save and find the best care for her.

Gucci Is almost halfway there! 17 April 2025
Gucci, our sweet and sassy sphynx cat, has been fighting bravely through her illness, and we’re now halfway to our $4000 goal for her essential surgery! We’re incredibly thankful to everyone who’s donated so far – your support means the world. 💖
Right now, we’re $569 away from reaching the amount needed for the first stage of her surgery, and we could really use your help to keep the momentum going.
Since starting new medication, Gucci has been more playful and active than ever. Since her bout of Cat flu, Gucci has returned to a healthy weight, is eating well, and best of all – she’s breathing easier with no wheezing or runny nose. Her little sneezes still make an appearance, but overall she’s much brighter and happier.
With the cooler weather rolling in, Gucci has been loving the warmth – especially in her ridiculously cute handmade jumpers made from the sleeves of my old sweatshirts. She looks beyond adorable and knows it too! 😻
This surgery is still crucial for her long-term health, and every donation – no matter the size – gets us one step closer to giving her the care she needs. If you’re able to contribute or even just share her story, it truly helps more than you know.
