Help Jack’s Table fund urgent care, peer support & whānau resources across South Auckland.

$100 of $10,000 goal
Given by 1 generous donor in 6 weeks

Support Jack’s Table: fund urgent psychology, peer support, & whānau resources to save lives in South Auckland & beyond.

Tuakau, Auckland

In honour of Jack—and for every whānau who’s ever felt alone.

On 15 November 2025, we’re launching the Koru S.O.S. Trust with Jack’s Table: A Night to Save Lives in Tuakau—an evening of culture, connection, and community care.

But this is more than an event. It’s the start of a lifeline.

We’re not a clinical service. We’re a trusted navigator—helping whānau cut through confusion and connect with free or subsidised support:

* Peer-led: Whāriki, Ember

* Clinical: ABL Psychology and others

* Cultural: Mahi Tahi

* Family-focused: Bravehearts

Your donation funds:

* Urgent psychologist sessions (~$200/hour) when GPs can’t see you for weeks

* Free printed wellness toolkits (safety plans, WRAP guides, crisis info)

* Our Saturday Peer Support Hub—kai, korero, connection

* Pathways to residential care (Phoenix Centre, WINGS, Odyssey House, Higher Ground)

We believe healing happens in whanaungatanga—not isolation.

No young person should be kicked out when they’re high.

No whānau should be left in the dark after a suicide attempt.

All are welcome. All belong. Together, we heal.

About us

Help Us Fight for Safer Mental Health Discharge – Because Lives Are Still Being Lost

In Aotearoa, more people die by suicide than in car accidents – and the system meant to protect them is still broken.

Use of funds

All funds raised go to subsidised psychologist sessions, printing free wellness toolkits, running our Saturday Peer Support Hub, and supporting access to residential rehab pathways.
