Progress Update 20 October 2024
Thank you all for your unwavering support and prayers. We are thrilled to share that Neethu has made significant strides in her recovery. Her husband, Joseph, reports that she has regained movement in her left hand and can now recognize familiar faces. Even more encouraging, she has started to eat small amounts of food orally, though she still has an NG tube for feeding.
Although Neethu is still unable to speak and has not yet regained movement on her right side, her progress brings us great hope. Her parents have arrived in New Zealand to offer their love and support to Neethu, Joseph, and their son during this challenging time.
Neethu’s recovery journey is ongoing, and the family continues to need your prayers and encouragement as they navigate the path ahead. At Joseph's request, I will be extending this page for another two months to allow for further updates and continued prayers.
